7:00 PM EST Toronto Maple Leafs at Montreal Canadiens

Age-old rivals the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens close out their regular-season schedules Saturday night at the Bell Centre.

Despite the fact they’ve had polar-opposite seasons – Toronto’s bad, Montreal’s good – the Maple Leafs have four wins over the seven meetings this season, including the past two tilts. They last met on March 29, when Toronto doubled Montreal 4-2 as a +105 home underdog.

In their last game, the Leafs (36-34-11) got bombed 8-2 by the Ottawa Senators at home Thursday, and the Canadiens (46-25-10) beat the Buffalo Sabres 3-1, also at home on Thursday.

The total has gone over in 17 of the past 27 meetings, and over in five of Toronto’s past six, but has gone under in six of Montreal’s past eight at home.

The home team is 9-4 in the past 13 meetings.

BETTING LINE:  The Canadiens are a -300 moneyline favorite at BetUS. The over/under total is 6.

BETTING CONSENSUS: About 58 per cent of bets on this game are on a Montreal win, according to Public Betting information.
