  Pittsburgh Penguins   Ottawa Senators
  Pittsburgh Penguins at Ottawa Senators

The Ottawa Senators play the second of three games in four nights when Sidney Crosby and the struggling Pittsburgh Penguins visit Scotiabank Place Thursday night. The game marks the first time the teams have met since the first round of the 2007 Stanley Cup playoffs. Ottawa won the best-of-seven series 4-1.

The Senators have a 6-2-0-2 edge over the past 10 games with the Penguins. In their last meeting on April 19, in the Game 5 of the playoff series, Ottawa shut out Pittsburgh 3-0 on home ice.

However, Pittsburgh has three wins in their past six visits to Ottawa.

In their last games Wednesday night, the Penguins (8-11-2 SU) lost 2-1 to the New Jersey Devils at home, while the Senators (16-4-0 SU) were beaten 4-2 by the Sabres in Buffalo.

According to the Tribune-Review, Pittsburgh will start Dany Sabourin in net. The Senators will go back to Martin Gerber after Ray Emery started last night against Buffalo.

For over/under betting, there is a heavy Under trend in recent Penguins-Senators matchups: The total has gone Under in seven of Pittsburgh's past 10 games, Under in four of Pittsburgh's past six games against Ottawa, Under in four of Ottawa's past six games, and Under in four of Ottawa's past five at home.

Betting Line: Ottawa is a 210-moneyline favorite at Bet Jamaica. The over/under is 6.
